Vibrant botanicals for beverages and nutraceuticals
Hibiscus sabdariffa (Roselle) is a fast-growing botanical commodity with strong demand across herbal beverage, nutraceutical, and natural colour markets. Cymba Aurea Trading sources premium dried hibiscus calyces from certified producers in Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Global hibiscus demand is rising sharply, driven by the herbal tea boom, growing interest in natural food colourants, and clinical research supporting its antioxidant and blood pressure benefits. Egypt and Sudan are the world's dominant producers, with Mexico supplying significant volumes to North American markets.
Hibiscus is available as whole dried calyces, cut & sifted, and as spray-dried powder. We supply in 10–25kg cartons or bulk bags with full COA, anthocyanin quantification, and pesticide analysis. Minimum order from 500kg, with FCL volumes available year-round.
